Project Eye Care Outreach Program

The visually disabled low moderate-income population relies on ongoing services provided by Saving Sight Rhode Island. Vision disorders go undetected and untreated for many reasons; the main reasons being financial limitations and lack of knowledge of available resources. It is the goal through "Project Eye Care Outreach Program" to assist this target population in obtaining corrective measures for vision disorders. By doing this they become less dependent and one step closer to becoming self-sufficient. Comprehensive eye exams and corrective treatment is provided through an application process.
